Based on your individual situation and your healthy habit hangups, I meet you where you are to come up with a customized game plan to help you reach your health and #bodygoals.
I’m here to help you dig deep to clarify your goals, discover the things that aren’t working for you, identify the steps you need to take to make your vision a reality, and challenge you to do the work necessary to get the results you want — because change doesn’t work unless you do.
Here’s how the process works
Health coaching with me is an immersive experience designed to accelerate the results you may take years to get on your own. This is what it includes:
Application. You’ll start by filling out an application that tells me a little more about yourself, your goals, your lifestyle, and what you’ve tried in the past. (Clicking the button below will direct you right to that application.)
30-minute Goal Alignment Session. If your application is accepted, I’ll send you a link to reserve your goal alignment session. During this session, we’ll hop on the phone to learn a little more about each other and discuss the program, your goals, and scheduling.
Note: To reserve the coaching session, you’ll be charged a $50 deposit. This deposit will be applied to the cost of the program. However, If you don’t show up for the call, this deposit is nonrefundable.
Biweekly coaching sessions. We’ll meet twice a month by phone or video conference for coaching sessions. During your coaching sessions, we’ll celebrate your wins, discuss pain points, and walk through a game plan for the coming weeks. Each call, you’ll leave with 3-5 action steps and any helpful tools and resources you need to go crush it.
Records of each call. Following each call, I’ll send you a recording of the call and a set of notes. These serve as a reference and let you fully focus during our discussion rather than trying to capture every word.
Email and text access. In addition to weekly email check-ins to provide accountability, answer questions, and give you some extra encouragement to keep forward motion, you also have access to email or text me.

FAQs about Personal Health Coaching
Why do I have to fill out an application?
Because of the energy that goes into each health coaching client, I only accept a small number of clients at a time. Since I'm only able to work with a limited number of people one-on-one, I need to make sure it is people who will be a great fit!
If you apply and I think you could be better served by a different coach with a particular specialty, I'll refer you to a colleague I know and trust.
What types of topics are covered in health coaching?
While most clients seek a health coach for some variation of weight loss advice, holistic health coaching usually extends beyond nutrition/fitness info to stress triggers, sleep, personal relationships, finances, and more—all which have a direct impact on your mental and physical wellbeing. There are no hard guidelines for health coaching topics—you set the tone for our sessions, and we go from there.
What kind of results can I expect?
The results you get from health coaching are entirely dependent on your goals and your actions. Often, people start working with me to overcome weight challenges (and they do!), but leave our sessions with improvements in their personal relationships, career, environment, and more. As a holistic health coach, my job is to empower you to achieve your health goals in any facet of your life you desire.
Does health coaching come with fitness/nutrition plans?
This is completely up to you! If you want to focus on nutrition and fitness, then we include that in our time together.
Do I have to be keto for health coaching with you?
Absolutely not! I may be a “keto coach,” but even more importantly, I am an advocate for doing what works best for you. While I will always highly recommend lowering sugar in your diet and prioritizing whole foods, we can work together to find the best way of eating for your goals and lifestyle.
Also, health coaching can go beyond nutrition—sometimes, people don’t even want or need nutritional advice, but want to work on other areas of their life.
Why is there a 3-month minimum?
Making lifestyle changes is not an overnight process. In fact, it’s not even an overweek or overmonth process. I’m sure you’ve heard that it takes 21 days to create a habit, but I’ve found that three months is the minimum amount of time needed to create the type of lasting changes that have true impact.
What is your refund policy?
I want you to be completely confident in your decision to hire a health coach! After your initial interview, I’ll encourage you to take some time and affirm your commitment to yourself and your goals before you purchase the full coaching package.
Once you purchase, however, there are no refunds. This policy is in place because I want you to be all-in on your commitment to yourself—no escape clauses! You deserve that level of commitment, and as your coach, it’s my job to give it to you.
