In our deep dive consultation, we drill deep into a topic of your choice, getting to the root of an issue and devising an action plan to move forward.
I’ll put my education and experience in nutrition, holistic health, and fitness to good use to help you get over that hump and get ahead on your goals.
Here’s how it works:
The deep dive consultation is a great option for all of the above and almost any other health-related question you have. Booking a session below will include:
Pre-call questionnaire. You’ll tell me a little about yourself and the topic you want to dive deep into. I’ll use this information to prepare some resources that might be helpful and do background research, if necessary.
1-hour deep dive. After filling out the survey, you’ll choose a time on my calendar that works for you—a time when you’re able to talk openly and free from interruptions. We’ll get as personal as you’re comfortable with discussing your topic, and you’ll leave the meeting with easy-to-implement action steps.
Record of the session. Following the deep dive, I’ll send you a recording of the call and a set of notes. These serve as a reference and let you fully focus during our discussion rather than trying to capture every word.
Follow-up check-in. One to two weeks after our call, I’ll follow up with you by phone or email to check on your progress and cheer you on to further success!
