Based on your current fitness level, lifestyle, and goals, I design a 12-week workout plan that gets you head-turning results.
As your personal trainer, I give you the guidance you need to feel competent in the gym, hold you accountable to staying consistent with your workouts, and push you to challenge yourself with your workouts to constantly keep hitting those goals.
Here’s what the process includes:
Pre-call survey. You’ll start by filling out a pre-call survey that tells me a little more about yourself, your goals, your lifestyle, and what you’ve tried in the past. Clicking the button below will direct you right to that survey.
1 hour Goal Alignment session.* Upon completing the survey, you’ll be sent to my calendar to schedule your goal alignment session. During this session, we’ll talk more about the information on your survey and I’ll get the information I need to develop your customized 12-week program.
Note: To reserve the coaching session, you’ll be charged a $50 deposit. This deposit will be applied to the cost of the program. However, if you don’t show up for the call, this deposit is nonrefundable.
Initial fitness assessment. After the call, I’ll send you the fitness pre-assessment, where you will take progress pictures, measurements, and complete a baseline athletic test.
Customized fitness plan. Once you send me your initial assessment, I’ll create your customized fitness plan and deliver it to you in your personal folder.
Weekly email check-ins. Each week, I’ll email you to give you any tips, provide accountability, and give you some extra encouragement to keep forward motion.
Email and text access. In addition to weekly email check-ins, you also have access to email or text me during the program.
Final assessment. At the completion of your program, you’ll redo your initial assessment and send me your results. We’ll meet to talk about your results and celebrate all of your successes!

FAQs about Personal Health Coaching
How are the workouts structured?
Each workout plan will consist of the following 5 workouts per week:
- DAY 1: Lower Body Focus
- DAY 2: Upper Body Focus
- DAY 3: HIIT Cardio/Abs
- DAY 4: Total Body Strength
- DAY 5: Metabolic Conditioning
By structuring your week this way, we’ll ensure you’re hitting key muscles 2-3 times per week while allowing adequate time for rest.
Each workout will feature various styles of intervals, and they’re designed to help you maximize fat burn while building muscle. While the structure of the workouts is the same for everyone, the individual workouts and workout intensities will be tailored to each person’s fitness level and goals.
Do I need a gym to complete the workouts?
This depends on your fitness level and equipment available! Most workouts will consist of a mix of bodyweight and dumbbell workouts, while some can include kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, and various other equipment. When we have our goal alignment session, we’ll discuss what equipment you have available and your goals for your workouts, which will determine the exercises selected.
What if I want more in-depth coaching?
During our goal alignment session, we’ll discuss options for more in-depth coaching, such as weekly or bi-weekly phone/video calls or live video training sessions. When you reach the checkout page for your program, you’ll have the opportunity to select these upgrade options.
If you decide you want full-on health coaching, we can discuss that as well.
Do the programs include nutrition plans?
The individual training programs do not include specific meal plans as written, although they will provide basic nutrition guidelines and an initial consultation on macronutrient recommendations. If you would like to add a detailed meal plan, that option is available at checkout.
Do you offer in-person training?
I do! If you’re in the DC area and would like in-person training, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “In-Person Training” and we can discuss options.

What is your refund policy?
I want you to be completely happy and excited about your decision to train with me! To ensure you’re fully satisfied, all programs come with a 7-day 100% refund guarantee. That means that if after the first week of training you decide these workouts aren’t for you, you can cancel your program for a 100% refund, no questions asked.
However, beyond the 7 days, programs are nonrefundable.
