Crispy Baked Sriracha Lime Wings

I love wings. Who doesn't, right? I could never be on a diet where wings weren't a part of my life. Very sorry, vegetarianism. Please excuse me, pescatarians. Chicken wings are just too important in my life. And these wings, Glow Getters, are worthy of being on that pedestal.

Like most people, I am obsessed with sriracha. It's just so good! I've gotten over my phase where I put it on EVERYTHING, but it's definitely still my hot sauce of choice. Sriracha pairs perfectly with lime, and these wings soak up that flavor like a sponge.

Grilled Lemon Dijon Chicken

This, hands down, is one of my favorite at-home chicken preparations. It hits all of my favorite recipe criteria:

  1. Easy
  2. Cheap
  3. Super flavorful
  4. Easily accessible ingredients

What more do you need? If you've never thought to try this flavor combo before, I encourage you to try it. As easy and accessible as it already is, it can be made even more so by swapping out Meyer lemons for regular lemons, and also by using a grill pan and cooking the chicken on the stove/in the oven. It can also be customized for you, depending on whether you like white or dark meat. Sold yet? Good...let's get to grilling!

Keto Chicken Cobb Salad in a Jar

If there's one thing I love, it's salad in a jar. I don't know if I like it so much because it's super convenient or because it's visually impressive, but I make at least three a week. For those of you who haven't heard of salad in a jar, prepare to have your mind blown.

You'll see lots of salads in a jar on this blog, because, well...I make lots of salads in a jar. Today, though, I'm going to share with you my absolute fave: Chicken Cobb. It's the perfect keto salad, delivering lots of healthy fats, while being hearty enough for a full meal that leaves you full til dinner. No wimpy salads over here. Grab your ingredients and let's get to layering.

Instant Pot Bone Broth

So what's the deal with bone broth? Well, I don't call it liquid gold for no reason. Besides the fact that it's the base for soups and is used to cook more flavorful sauces and veggies, it also contains a ton of goodies, including collagen (great for skin, nails, hair, and bones) and protein. In addition, it boosts your immune system, so it's great to sip on in the rare event you're sick (because we don't get sick often!). So, if you have an Instant Pot, whip it out and let's get to cooking.

Poach a Chicken, Be a Meal Prep All Star

I’ll admit it—poached chicken probably sounds like the least exciting thing in the world. I mean, it used to be that when I heard “poached chicken,” I pictured some colorless, drab piece of meat that’s served to old people in sad nursing homes who no longer have taste buds or appetites. Seriously. But, Glow Getters, I was so wrong.

While poached chicken is probably not winning any “dish of the year” awards on its own, let me tell you: Poached. Chicken. Rocks. I get so excited about poaching my weekly/bi-weekly chicken because it’s the lifeblood of my meal prep. Let me explain. Basically, you toss a whole chicken in a pot with some water and vegetables for a little over an hour, and what comes out is the base of almost every dish you make that week. Are you getting excited yet? You should be.
